Professional Dispositions essentially means that a teacher is as much a professional as those employed in other professions.  A teacher demonstrates this disposition in their behavior, communication, leadership, relationships, and professional development.  

This essay is an example of my ability to professionally tackle an issue in social studies education.  In the essay I deal with the relevancy of social studies education, which is an issue that I think social studies teachers need to actively ponder before they enter the classroom.
